  Flowhub Cash is a new way to pay for cannabis at participating retailers. It's a contactless form of payment which means no more carrying cash or paying ATM fees! You'll also benefit from faster checkouts. Spend less time at the register and more time enjoying your goods!

• How do I use Flowhub Cash?

  1. Download the app.
  2. Create an account.
  3. Link a payment method.
  4. Add funds into your digital wallet
  5. Use your funds to purchase products at participating retailers.

• How do I add a payment method?

  1. Sign in to Flowhub Cash.
  2. On the bottom navigation bar, tap “Account”.
  3. Within the Account menu, tap “Payment Method”.
  4. Tap “Link Bank Account”.
  5. Search for your bank and follow the on-screen instructions.

• Is Flowhub Cash secure?

  Yes, we encrypt all of your personal data.

• What if I can’t find my bank?

  While Flowhub Cash works with a majority of banks, it’s possible that yours isn’t supported yet. If this is the case, please let us know by navigating to Account > Help > Suggest an improvement.

• Can I link my debit or credit card?

  Not yet. Additional forms of payment will be supported in the future.

• How will a Flowhub Cash transaction appear on my bank statement?

  Flowhub Cash transactions will appear as “Makes Cents LLC Retail” on your bank statement.
